Frequently asked questions
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What is ZLABEL Original?
ZLABEL Original is a streetwear brand and shop on the Nieuwendijk in Amsterdam. We make our own pieces, create ZLABEL Original X collabs with partners, and sell brands we handpick, like SAW Urbanity, PlusEighteen and METROCAPS. Every piece passes three questions. Is it made with care? Does the maker stand behind it? Would we wear it ourselves? Three times yes, or it stays out.
Love Art. Trust Faith.
Can I visit the shop?
Yes. Find us at Nieuwendijk 83, 1012 MC Amsterdam. We are open every day from 10:00 to 22:00. You can also order online and pick up in the shop for free.
How long does shipping take?
Order before 15:00 on a working day and your order leaves the same day. Then it takes 1 to 3 working days in the Netherlands, 2 to 4 to Belgium and Germany, 2 to 5 to other EU countries and 5 to 10 outside the EU. During sales and drops it can take one extra day.
How do I track my order?
When your order leaves, you get a Track & Trace link by email. You can also log in with your email address. We send you a login code, and you see your full order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us as fast as you can. If your order has not left yet, we change or cancel it. Has it left? Then you can return it when it arrives.
Do I pay customs or import tax?
Inside the EU, no. Outside the EU your country can charge import duties and taxes. These are not in our prices.
I make clothing. Can ZLABEL Original sell my brand?
Bring the piece. We are always looking for new makers and artists. Email hello@zlabeloriginal.com with photos and a short story about your brand, or walk into the shop.
How do I find my size?
Use the size advisor on the product page. Fill in your height and weight, and it tells you which size fits you best. Sizes differ per piece, and each product page also says the fit, for example oversized. Still not sure? Message us on WhatsApp or come try it on in the shop.
